Cynthia E. Williams

Cynthia E. Williams serves as President of Roseland Concessions. She is responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations. Cynthia has more than fifteen years of Food & Beverage and Retail experience. Upon receiving her MBA from Clark Atlanta University, she started working with a Food Service minority contractor as the Contracts Manager. In her role, she was responsible for preparing award winning Proposals, that resulted in more than $10MM in revenue. She attended Pre-Bid Conferences that successfully resulted in contract extension and negotiations. She managed and provided oversight to the Operations Managers. Her passion for Food & Beverage remains today. Her training in Finance and Communications afforded her the opportunity to work with one of Atlanta’s leading Prime food & beverage company as a Consultant. She has also worked with Phoenix Global Corporation, who manages several concessions at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. She works with several nonprofits and manages their special events including hotel negotiations for Food and Beverage. Having an insatiable interest in fashion, her very first job in retail was with Macy’s while she was in undergraduate college. She has raised millions of dollars for nonprofits as an event planner, external affairs and diversity & inclusion consultant. Her expertise has helped corporations with their philanthropic investment, employee engagement and built strategic alliances with nonprofits; thus promoting their corporate social responsibility. She is extremely engaged in the community and committed to it’s success. She has certificates in Construction Business Management Institute (CBMI), United Way Volunteer Involvement Program and The Coca-Cola Company’s Diversity Leadership Academy. She has served in leadership roles with the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. and The Links, Inc. and several other nonprofits.
